Year 3/4 Trip to Leeds Armouries

Year 3 & 4 had a lovely day at the Royal Armouries in Leeds. We followed a Roman trail to consolidate our learning from earlier in the year. There were many galleries to explore showing warfare around the world and through history. We even found an elephant ready for battle!

As it was such a beautifully sunny day, we relaxed and enjoyed our lunches on the ampitheatre steps outside the Armouries overlooking the wharf.
