Lumb Bank Writing Workshop

Year 5/6 had a full days writing workshop at the Arvon Foundation Writing Houses at Lumb Bank. They were split into two groups and had sessions from tow published authors. These were:

Kim Moore https://www.arvon.org/tutors/kim-moore/ and Elmi Ali https://www.arvon.org/tutors/elmi-ali/

Both are very experienced creative writing tutors, working with a range of participants of all ages. They planned an environmental/nature theme for the day.

The children absolutely loved the experience, particularly the free writing, and most were confident enough to share their work.
