Eco-School - Informing and Involving

On Friday 27th January our Eco-Council presented in our Celebration Assembly. They had been busy during the week carrying out an environmental review of the school.

They were truly amazing in assembly, speaking eloquently about why we have chosen to start the journey to Eco-Schools status. Their main task at the moment is to inform and involve, firstly, the school community and then the wider Calder Valley community.

The Eco-school council designed an ice sculpture and popped it in the playground to help market their cause and create a buzz amongst our families. Check out their amazing design below!
